I’m Alex Whitt. I fixed up houses before I sold them.
I got into real estate through investing and renovation. I bought houses, fixed them and learned what each repair costs.
I didn’t plan to become a realtor. Then I held my first open house and met buyers my age who had no one to give them a straight answer. Since then I’ve sold more than 150 homes.
That background shapes how I work.
When we tour a house, I’ll point out the roof, the windows and the furnace, and tell you what each will cost. When you sell, I’ll tell you which repairs pay for themselves and which to skip.
